Hallo alle zusammen,

wir haben die Problematik, dass nach Installation von XenApp Agent 7.9, 7.12 oder 7.13 die CPU Last auf 100% geht. (Prozess Windows Update "wuausrv.exe")
Nachdem installieren ist auch kein Windows Update mehr möglich, es geht in eine Endlosschleife.

BS : Windows 2012 (R1) Datacenter
Citrix : XenApp7.9, 7.12 & 7.13 (gestestet)

Vorgehen beim Installieren:
- alle MS-Updates installiert
- RDS installiert  MS Update normal
- CTX 7.9, 7.12 oder 7.13 Agent installiert und die Maschine durchgestartet (nicht veröffentlicht sondern nur als Master-Image deklariert beim Installieren des Agenten)
 (Snapshot)  MS Update keine Funktion + 25 % CPU (4 CPUs)

Hat jemand eine Idee zu diesem Problem?

Schau doch was der Prozess genau macht und oder erstelle ein Dump des Prozess. Was sagt das wus log?
Beim Kunden hatte ich das bisher nicht

ich habe den Prozess mit dem ProcessMonitor mitgeschnitten.
Eine Capture-Datei des Prozesses, könnte ich zur Verfügung stellen (diese ist zu Groß für das Forum, 0,1 MB)

Immer weder und kontinuierlich taucht im Capture-Log folgendes auf:
